Shipping & Return Policies
3 - 5 business days is the delivery timing for most domestic orders unless otherwise noted (i.e custom or bridal orders). We use either Sendle or Australia Post unless otherwise requested.
Express shipping is available. Pricing is a flat $12 AUD charge domestically. Internationally, its pending given address once items are placed into the shopping cart. The deadline for next day/overnight shipping is 2pm Australian Eastern Daylight Time (GMT+11).
Shipping confirmations and tracking numbers are emailed when orders are shipped. Shipping delays caused by unpredictable weather, natural disasters, strikes, custom clearances or COVID-19 in given countries or general delays within the corporate Australia Post or Sendle systems are not within our control. However we pride ourselves on immaculate customer service, so please always get in touch if any issues arise.
International Shipping and Delivery
We are in Australia and ship to all countries. International delivery timings and custom clearances may vary and are determined by individual governments, not us. Duties and taxes are determined and charged by given countries and respective governments and are not within our control. Customs duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility. We are legally obligated to provide proper invoicing for shipments.
Our Return Policy
- Items must be returned within 14 days of the date you received them.
- Full priced items are eligible for a refund, exchange or online credit note.
- Use same or similar packaging to ensure our headpieces are not crushed upon their return. Failure to do so could entail that a refund can not take place.
- Sales items (or items purchased on promotion) are eligible for exchange or online credit note
- Faulty items will be assessed by our team and refunded on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to repair if possible.
- Product exchanges are like for like and subject to availability at the time the item is returned. If unavailable, a credit note or refund will be issued.
- All items must have tags (if present) and be returned in original condition.
- Return shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless our product is deemed faulty.
- Should you make use of our free shipping offer for orders over $150, and you return an item, the shipping charge will be charged at the return of the item.
Our Returns Policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
